当今中国已经成为一个制造业大国,中国的许多大型制造企业已经具有了国际领先的水准。但是许多的中国中小型制造企业仍然存在许多有待改进的地方,这是中国制造业在当前国际竞争中的劣势。2015年中共中央颁布了《中国制造2025》等相关文件,在国内制造业企业改革大方向的指导下,制造业企业需要在竞争中求生存不断完善自己。本文结合了波特《竞争论》的一些观点,选择性地对调查的中小制造企业的问题进行分析,同时在选取典型——如宝洁公司等优秀企业的经验基础上,提出对策和建议。
Today China has become a manufacturing powerhouse. Many large-scale manufacturing enterprises in China already have the international advanced level. However, many small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China still have many areas to be improved. This is a disadvantage of China’s manufacturing industry in the current international competition. In 2015, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) issued “Made in China 2025” and other related documents. Under the guidance of the general direction of the reform of manufacturing enterprises in China, manufacturing enterprises need to survive in the competition and constantly improve themselves. Based on some opinions of Porter’s “competition theory”, this article analyzes the problems of the surveyed small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises selectively, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of selecting the typical ones - such as the experience of P & G and other outstanding enterprises.
