国家经济安全的风险不仅来自于国外,也来自于国内,因此国家经济安全与转变经济发展方式之间具有深刻的内在联系:加快转变经济发展方式,有利于控制国际金融危机等资本主义经济危机的风险;加快转变内需与外需关系的处理方式,有利于维护国家经济主权安全;加快转变经济发展与社会发展关系的处理方式,有利于维护国家基本经济制度安全。
The risks of national economic security are not only from abroad but also from the domestic ones.
