随着社会对大学生英语应用能力要求的提高,大学英语教学面临着更大的挑战。作为一门公共基础必修课,大学英语本身的特点也使得大学英语教师必须从各方面不断提高。然而,大学英语教师的个人力量有限,无法应对所有挑战。因此,大学英语教学团队建设势在必行。这对于深化大学英语教学改革和提高大学英语教学质量有重要意义。本文从分析大学英语教学团队的含义入手,来探讨大学英语教学团队建设的重要性和目标,最后提出相应策略。
With the improvement of college students’ ability of applying English, college English teaching is facing more challenges. As a compulsory public foundation, college English itself also makes college English teachers must constantly improve in all aspects. However, college English teachers have limited personal power to deal with all the challenges. Therefore, the construction of college English teaching team is imperative. This is of great significance to deepen the reform of college English teaching and improve the quality of college English teaching. This article begins with the analysis of the meaning of college English teaching team to discuss the importance and goal of college English teaching team construction, and finally puts forward corresponding strategies.
