为了规范各类新闻单位驻地方机构的管理,根据《国务院关于修改〈国务院对确需保留的行政审批项目设定行政许可的决定〉的决定》(国务院令第671号),国家新闻出版广电总局起草了《新闻单位驻地方机构管理办法(修订草案征求意见稿)》,向社会公开征求意见。本期特刊发管理办法(修订草案征求意见稿),供读者参考。
In order to regulate the management of various local news agencies in local offices, according to the “Decision of the State Council on Amending the Decision of Setting Administrative Licensing for the Administrative Examination and Approval Items that Are Really Necessary to Be Retained” (State Council Decree No. 671), the State Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television Drafted the Measures for the Administration of Local Units in Press Units (Revised Draft for Soliciting Opinions), and solicited opinions from the public.
