1 引 言 近年来报道的用邻氯苯基荧光酮,水杨基荧光酮测定钼、锗和镓等研究均在单一的离子表面活性剂存在下进行的.本文提出了在混合胶束CTMAB-Triton X-100-PVA存在下用 PF测定锗的方法.研究了吸收光谱,反应条件,方法的灵敏度和回收率等.用此方法测定含锗饮料中锗的测定,结果满意.2 实验部分2.1 主要试剂及仪器 锗标准溶液:精确称取光谱纯GeO2 0.1441g,用4mL 6%氢氧化钾溶液溶解后定容至1L,其锗浓度为100mg/L,使用时将其稀释为lmg/L.苯基荧光酮(PF):1.0×10-3mol/L乙醇溶液;溴代十六烷基三甲基胺(CTMAB):1.0×10-3mol/L水溶液;聚乙烯醇(PVA):0.25%水溶液;Triton X-100:1.0%水溶液.YIS-7230分光光度计,UV-265分光光度计.2.2 实验方法 于25 mL比色管中,依次加入5μg锗(IV)标准液、6 mol/L HCl4 mL、1.0×10-3mol/L PFlmL、1.0×10-3mol/LCTMAB 4mL、1%Triton X-1002mL和0.25% PVA 2 mL.用水定容摇匀,显色10 min后,以试剂为空白,用 1cm比色皿,在 530 nm处测定吸光值.

YIS-7230 spectrophotometer, UV-265 spectrophotometer.2.2 Experimental Method In a 25 mL colorimetric tube, followed by the addition of 5μg germanium (IV) standard solution, 6mol / L HCl4 mL, 1.0 × 10-3mol / L PFlmL, 1.0 × 10-3mol / LCTMAB 4mL, 1% Triton X-1002mL and 0.25% PVA 2mL. After 10 min, the reagent blank, with 1cm cuvette, absorbance was measured at 530 nm.
