用螺旋藻水提液及维生素C-螺旋藻合剂做小白鼠食物添加剂,灌胃25天后做游泳耐受实验并测定肌肉中琥珀酸脱氢酶活性,血中血红蛋白含量,运动中血糖的下降值以及螺旋藻中氨基酸的含量。结果表明,灌胃螺旋藻和维生素C-螺旋藻合剂,可在长时运动中增强小白鼠的游泳耐受力。血红蛋白增加,提高SDH活性,阻抑血糖下降,螺施藻含门冬氨酸丰富,促进三羧酸循环,提高有氧代谢能力,可能是其提高运动耐力的机制。由于螺旋藻缺乏维生素C,在螺旋藻水提液中额外添加具有抗疲劳作用的维生素C,可加强螺旋藻的抗疲劳作用,收到增强运动耐力的叠加效果。
