经过文化大革命锻炼的宜兴人民,在毛主席无产阶级革命路线的指引下,一九七○年经过一百天的紧张战斗,终于使停产十年的小高炉获得了新生,投入了生产。几年来,在县委和主管部门的领导下,产量、质量不断提高,焦比大幅度下降,经济技术指标逐步改善。特别是近几年来,不断学习外地先进单位的经验,进一步贯彻精料、大风、高温的方针,狠抓了原料改造和球团矿生产,使小高炉生产水平又有了不断发展。目前我厂的原料处理和烧结产品主要是球团矿,入炉比例达到80%以上,现有的工艺流程们主要设备是:
