为探讨发酵工业中废弃的菌丝体龟裂链霉菌对水中重金属离子的吸附特性 ,考察 p H、温度、粒径大小、共存离子等因素对吸附能力的影响 ,进行了实验室吸附实验 ,绘制出吸附等温线 ,并对化学改性前后的龟裂链霉菌进行了吸附对比 .结果表明 ,龟裂链霉菌对重金属的吸附具有一定的选择性 ,其中吸附 Pb2 + 的能力较高 ,饱和吸附量达 1 1 2 mg/g( p H=4 ) ,吸附过程是一吸热过程 ,以单分子层吸附为主 ,经 Na OH处理的龟裂链霉菌可提高其吸附能力 ,Cu2 + 对吸附有干扰 ,说明存在竞争吸附 .
In order to investigate the adsorption characteristics of heavy metal ions in wastewater by streptomyces subflorus mycelium in fermentation industry, the effects of pH, temperature, particle size and co-existing ions on the adsorption capacity were investigated.
