输送气流中含有一定粉尘的离心风机在工业生产中的地位极其重要,含尘风机在运行过程中常常发生积灰现象,导致风机振动而频繁停机进行清灰。针对火电厂锅炉引风机积灰振动这一故障,对射流喷嘴吹扫装置进行了研究。模拟了改变喷嘴角度后的吹扫情况。根据对模拟研究结果分析,得出了风机负荷和喷管流速对最佳吹扫角度的影响。同时得出最佳吹扫效果的角度,有效地防止引风机积灰振动,对电厂安全稳定运行有着重要意义。
It is extremely important for the position of centrifugal fan with certain dust in conveying air flow to be very important in the industrial production. The dust-blowing fan often fouls during the operation, leading to the frequent vibration of the fan and the frequent shutdown for cleaning. Aiming at the failure of fouling vibration of the boiler induced draft fan in thermal power plant, the jet nozzle purging device was studied. Simulation of changing the angle of the nozzle after the purge. Based on the analysis of simulation results, the effect of fan load and nozzle flow velocity on the optimum purge angle was obtained. At the same time come to the best purging effect point of view, effectively prevent induced draft fan fouling vibration, the safe and stable operation of power plant is of great significance.
