对含云南野生甘蔗血缘的云割F499-248等13个新种质材料进行抗旱性研究,结果表明:①云割斑F203-117抗旱性最强,优于对照种选三,达显著水平;②德蔗93-88×云割斑F199-634,云割F499-248×云割斑F199-634是2个好组合,表现出多个野生种血缘的抗性“性状复合遗传力”杂种优势,具有重要的利用研究意义;③采用模糊隶属函数平均值综合评价抗旱性较为实用,特别是抗旱性强的材料,其生理指标评价结果与田间表现较一致。
The drought resistance of thirteen new germplasm materials, such as F499-248, a cloud-cutted section of wild sugarcane in Yunnan, was studied. The results showed that: (1) F203-117 had the strongest drought resistance than the control, ② The sugarcane 93-88 × cloud cut F199-634, the cloud cut F499-248 × Cloud cut F199-634 were two good combinations, showing the resistance of multiple wild species blood relatives, “Heredity Heritability” heterosis , Which is of great significance for utilization research. (3) It is more practical to use the average value of fuzzy membership function to evaluate the drought resistance, especially the drought-resistant materials. The evaluation results of physiological index are in good agreement with the field performance.
