本实验在兔眼建立睫状体冷冻术模型,观察了睫状体破坏和减少房水分泌对眼前房免疫赦免状态,以及角膜移植存活的影响。结果显示:冷冻伤术后6周眼房水的免疫抑制活性显著下降;ACAID现象消失;与正常对照组相比,免疫排斥反应加速,植片存活时间缩短。结果提示:正常睫状体的组织结构及分泌的房水及对于维持和介导前房免疫赦免、以及角膜移植的长期存活起着重要作用。这为进一步阐明角膜移植免疫排斥反应机制,并制定相应预防措施提供了新的理论根据。
In this study, a ciliary body cryosurgery model was established in rabbit eyes. The effects of ciliary body destruction and reduction of aqueous humor secretion on anterior chamber immune pardon status and corneal graft survival were observed. The results showed that the immunosuppressive activity of aqueous humor significantly decreased after 6 weeks of cold injury, and the ACAID disappeared. Compared with the normal control group, the immune rejection accelerated and the survival time of the implants decreased. The results suggest that the normal ciliary body structure and secretion of aqueous humor and plays an important role in the maintenance and mediation of anterior chamber immune pardon and the long-term survival of corneal transplantation. This provides a new theoretical basis for further clarifying the mechanism of immune rejection of corneal transplantation and developing corresponding preventive measures.
