[目的]对真菌性食道炎的中西医诊断与治疗进行临床研究。[方法]研究真菌性食管炎的中西医诊断与治疗规范的标准。[结果]中医治疗上突出了防止癌变的独特疗法,为本病的治疗提供了一种安全有效、简便廉价的新疗法。[结论]中西医结合治疗真菌性食管炎的方法是西药抗真菌传统方法外的另一途径,具有经济、不良反应少的显著特点。
[Objective] To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of fungal esophagitis by Chinese and Western medicine. [Method] To study the criteria of TCM diagnosis and treatment for fungal esophagitis. [Result] The unique therapy for preventing cancer was highlighted in TCM treatment, which provided a safe, effective, simple and cheap new therapy for the treatment of this disease. [Conclusion] The method of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of fungal esophagitis is an alternative to the traditional western methods of antifungal therapy, with the remarkable features of economy and less adverse reactions.
