随着城市规模的不断扩大,城市排水系统相关技术标准问题已经成为制约我国城市排水系统能力的瓶颈。本文收集了ISO、美国、英国、德国、法国及我国城市排水的相关技术标准,从综合技术、规划、工程设计、施工安装与质量验收、运行维护、安全评价、检测预测、材料设备等8个方面对我国城市排水技术标准现状进行了分析,明确提出我国城市排水标准存在的问题。通过对比国外排水标准发展历程和重点,提出我国城市排水标准体系方面的优势与不足,提出标准的制定,应从注重工程设计、相关设备等方面向注重运行维护、质量评估、安全检测等方面转变,以此为城市排水技术标准的发展提供参考和建议。
With the continuous expansion of the city scale, the technical standards for urban drainage systems have become the bottleneck restricting the capacity of urban drainage systems in our country. In this paper, the relevant technical standards for drainage in cities such as ISO, USA, UK, Germany, France and China are collected from eight technical fields such as comprehensive technology, planning, engineering design, construction installation and quality acceptance, operation and maintenance, safety evaluation, testing and prediction, materials and equipment The status quo of urban drainage standards in our country was analyzed, and the problems existing in urban drainage standards in China were clearly stated. By comparing the development history and key points of drainage standards in foreign countries, this paper puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of urban drainage standards system in our country. Proposing the formulation of standards, we should pay attention to the aspects of operation and maintenance, quality assessment and safety inspection from aspects of engineering design and related equipment, In order to provide reference and advice for the development of urban drainage technology standards.
