在研制实验室用400型四个自由度振动系统的旋回振动筛取得成功的基础上,去年我们又研制成功了生产型的旋回振动筛。这种工业生产用旋回振动筛可将砂子、水泥等原料按20目、40目、80目、100目细度筛网一次筛分成功,每小时加料量可达1.5吨,筛分精度达98%,噪声在70分贝以下,由于该筛采用密闭结构,因此不产生粉尘污染,电机功率仅为1.5千瓦,是一种理想的生产用大型振动筛。生产用旋回运动振动筛结构示于下图。
On the basis of the success of the development of a laboratory-based four-degree-of-freedom vibratory system with a 400-degree-of-freedom vibratory system, we successfully developed a production-type gyratory vibrating screen last year. This kind of industrial production can be successfully screened with sand, cement and other raw materials at a fineness of 20 mesh, 40 mesh, 80 mesh, and 100 mesh sieves at a time, with an amount of 1.5 tons per hour and a screening accuracy of 98. %, The noise is below 70 decibels. Because the screen adopts a closed structure, it does not generate dust pollution, and the motor power is only 1.5 kilowatts. It is an ideal large-scale shaker for production.
