9月4日上午,在院综合办公大楼八楼会议室召开了院第三届科学技术委员会成立大会,会议由沈祖善同志主持,院长郑光辉同志致词,院党政领导出席了会议。 自1999年我院第二届科学技术委员会成立以来,已有近二分之一的成员因退休,工作变动等原因而脱离了“科技委”的活动。随着国民经济的发展,上海市政府对我院未来的发展给予了极大的关注,并提出了更高的要求,为了适应这种要求,更好地把握科技发展大势,促进科学技术与我院的发展更紧密地结合,为院中长期发展提供咨询建议,对原有“科技委”人员的组成,工作职能进行了调整,组成了院第三届科学技术委员会。
