茲抄發中央人民政府出版總署報經政務院以(五三)政文習字第二二號文批准之“防止盲目發展書刊印刷力辦法”一件,根據我省現有公私營書刊印刷力過剩百分之五十以上的情况,必須貫徹執行上述出版總署指示,嚴格防止書刊印刷生產力的繼續盲目發展,以免我省書刊印刷生產力過剩情况更趨嚴重。今後凡各級政府、機關、團體、部隊建立新印刷廠或擴充印刷設備,請遵照出版總署“關於防止盲目發展書刊印刷力辦法”的規定辦理為要。附:中央人民政府出版總署“關於防止盲目發展書刊印刷力辦法”
