在对热机械负荷下的气缸盖寿命进行数值评估之前,必须先按工况计算出气缸盖的温度场。由于温度场对所计算的气缸盖寿命至关重要,因此,必须将计算温度与测量温度进行比较。介绍一种由德国慕尼黑工业大学研究出的气缸盖温度测量方法,它利用一种特殊的高温黏结剂可使热电偶固定在与火力面平行的钻孔内。
Before numerical evaluation of cylinder head life under thermo-mechanical loads, the temperature field of the cylinder head must be calculated according to operating conditions. Since the temperature field is critical to the calculated cylinder head life, the calculated temperature must be compared to the measured temperature. A cylinder head temperature measurement method developed by the Technical University of Munich in Germany is introduced. It uses a special high temperature adhesive to fix the thermocouple in a bore parallel to the fire surface.
