用离子选择电极法测定注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠的含量。方法 :采用 Mettler Toledo MA2 35 /p H离子计及 Nernst钠离子选择电极 ,根据 Nernst方程 ,钠离子的电位与其浓度 (活度 )的对数成线性的关系 ,通过简单的电位测量 ,由钠离子标准工作曲线直接测得注射用头孢他啶中钠离子的浓度。结果 :该方法的最大误差约 6 % ,精密度 (RSD)为 1.0 7% ,线性工作范围为 10 - 2~ 10 - 3mol/ L。本方法与原子吸收分光光度法的测定结果一致。结论 :离子选择电极法简便、经济、快速、准确 ,易于推广 ,可代替原子吸收分光光度法用于注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠含量的测定
Determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection by ion selective electrode method. Methods: According to the Nernst equation, the potential of sodium ion was linearly related to the logarithm of its concentration (activity) by using Mettler Toledo MA2 35 / p H ion. By simple potential measurement, the sodium ion The standard working curve directly measured the concentration of sodium ion in ceftazidime for injection. Results: The maximum error of this method was about 6%, the precision (RSD) was 1.07% and the linear working range was 10 - 2 ~ 10 - 3mol / L. This method is consistent with the determination of atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Conclusion: The ion-selective electrode method is simple, economical, rapid, accurate and easy to popularize. It can replace the atomic absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of sodium carbonate in ceftazidime for injection
