我们教研组就英语教学中如何采用集体备课形式进行了二年多的探索,不断加以完善,备课质量逐步提高,教学效果良好。我校一般采用两种集体备课形式:一、老师们先自行备课,深入钻研备课组所规定的教材,写好教案,集中备课时,互相交流各自备课时确定的重点难点及教学方法,然后由中心发言人归纳,形成一个共识,最后各人修改教案,让中心发言人执教本课内容,并写好教后记。二、先集中备课,就备课教材进行讨论,形成共识,而后各人自行备课。通过实践大家体会到,不论是哪种形式,对备课质量的提高都有帮助,而前一种形式则更好一些。集体备课的好处归纳起来有三个方面: 一、有利于集思广益,正确无误地把握重点,突破难点。
Our teaching and research group conducted more than two years of exploration on how to adopt the collective lesson preparation in English teaching and constantly improved the quality of preparation lesson gradually and the teaching effect was good. Our school generally adopts two kinds of collective lesson planning: First, teachers prepare lessons by themselves, deeply study the teaching materials stipulated by the lesson preparation team, write lesson plans, focus on preparing lessons, and exchange the key difficulties and teaching methods determined by each lesson preparation, and then Center spokesman induction, the formation of a consensus, and finally everyone to modify the lesson plans, so that the center spokesman coached the contents of this lesson, and write conciliatory postscript. Second, focus on lesson preparation, preparation of teaching materials for discussion, the formation of consensus, and then prepare their own lessons. Through the practice we all understand that, no matter what form, improve the quality of lesson preparation are helpful, while the former form is better. The benefits of collective lesson preparation can be summed up in three aspects: First, it is conducive to brainstorming, correctly grasp the key points and break through the difficulties.
