在复杂变化环境下,组织情绪对企业发展的影响日趋凸显,对企业组织情绪能力管理的研究更加迫切。本文采用问卷调查方法针对我国科技企业的组织情绪能力开展结构研究,并分析其对组织创新的影响。基于国际相关研究,经过文献分析、深度访谈、专家访谈、开放式问卷调查、预测试和信度效度分析,研究表明我国科技企业组织情绪能力由鼓舞、自由表达、游戏、体验、和谐及认同动态性六因子结构构成。为分析测量工具的预测效度,通过对数百家科技企业的问卷调查,进一步检验出组织情绪能力对企业创新会产生显著影响。
Under the complex and changing environment, the influence of organizational emotion on the development of enterprises has become increasingly prominent, and the research on the management of corporate organizational emotional competence is even more urgent. This paper uses a questionnaire survey to research the structure of the sentiment and competence of Chinese technology companies and analyzes its impact on organizational innovation. Based on the international related research, through literature analysis, in-depth interviews, expert interviews, open questionnaires, pretest and reliability and validity analysis, the research shows that the organization’s emotional competence in China’s science and technology enterprises is inspired, freely expressed, game, experience, harmonious and identity dynamic Sexual six-factor structure. In order to analyze the predictive validity of the measurement tools, the paper further tests the emotional sentiment of the organization to have a significant impact on the innovation of enterprises through the questionnaire survey of hundreds of technology enterprises.
