(一)我厂是一家集体所有制企业,年产微孔塑料隔板1.5亿片,是为汽车电瓶配套。近几年来,我厂生产规模不断扩大,产品销往全国各地,供不应求。为了进一步深化改革,探索如何转换企业经营机制,促使企业内部人事、用工分配制度更趋合理,使企业经济效益、职工对企业的凝聚力进一步提高。1993年6月份,我厂开始试行股份合作制。我们按照有关规定制订了《丽水市玻璃纤维厂股份合作制章程》和实施细则。工作的进行情况如下:首先:宣传发动,统一认识。组织干
