土地资源是世界珍稀的重要资源,是人类生产与生活的根本保障,其本身具有稀缺性的特点。土地资源有偿使用制度是我国土地制度的核心,同时在很大程度上保障了我国土地市场的稳定发展,极大促进了我国的经济发展。但是,这项制度在实行过程中出现了诸多的缺陷和问题。本文结合我国的基本国情,对这项制度进行科学、有效、合理的完善。 Land resources are rare and precious resources in the world, and they are the fundamental guarantee of human production and life. The system of paid use of land resources is the core of China’s land system and to a large extent, it guarantees the stable development of China’s land market and greatly promotes the economic development of our country.
