本文通过对影响国际原油价格走势诸多因素的分析,预计2011年国际原油价格将在震荡中不断上涨。为应对未来国际原油价格的波动,本文提出相应的对策建议:我国要尽快完善石油战略储备体系,发展和完善石油期货市场,大力发展使用新兴能源,从而缓解国际油价波动对国民经济发展的不利影响。
Based on the analysis of many factors that affect the trend of international crude oil prices, the international crude oil price is expected to rise in turmoil in 2011. In order to cope with the fluctuation of international crude oil prices in the future, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: As soon as possible, our country should perfect the petroleum strategic reserve system, develop and improve the oil futures market, vigorously develop and use emerging energies, so as to ease the unfavorable impact of fluctuations in international oil prices on the national economic development .
