目的 探讨山西省太原市传染性非典型肺炎〔严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)〕的流行病学特征。方法 对太原市2 0 0 3年3月2 3日到5月15发生的SARS病例进行个案调查和描述性分析。结果 期间太原市常住人口中临床诊断病例3 3 6例,疑似病例484例。疑似病例中转为确诊病例2 5 3例,其余排除。临床诊断病例中18例死亡。SARS发病率、死亡率和病死率分别9 5 5 / 10万、0 5 1/ 10万和5. 3 4%。流行期间可划分为输入扩散期、上升期、高峰期、低谷期、下降期和终止期6个阶段。SARS病例的年龄构成男性以2 0~49岁为主,女性为2 0~5 9岁为主;各类职业中医务人员74(2 2 . 0 2 % )、学生(13 . 9% )、干部职员(12. 2 % )、离退人员(10 . 42 % )和工人(9. 5 2 % )占前5位;SARS病例以迎泽区为中心,向四周扩散,距离越远,疫情越轻。在SARS流行期间各阶段,新发病例有明确接触史的比例呈逐渐下降趋势,整个过程共有62 . 69%的病例无明确接触史。提示SARS病例有在潜伏期传染的可能,这有待于进一步的研究。结论 太原市SARS病例的传播和流行符合新发传染病的流行特征,其病死率与全国其他流行区相似,但低于全球平均水平。
Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of SARS (SARS) in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province. Methods A case investigation and descriptive analysis of SARS cases from March 2-3 to May 15, 2003 in Taiyuan City were conducted. During the period, 336 cases of clinical diagnosis and 484 cases of suspected cases were included in the resident population in Taiyuan City. Suspected cases were transferred to confirmed cases of 253 cases, the rest excluded. Eighteen patients died of clinical diagnosis. A total of 62.69% of the cases did not have a clear history of exposure during the entire SARS epidemic season. Prompt SARS cases in the incubation period of the possibility of infection, which needs further study. Conclusion The spread and prevalence of SARS cases in Taiyuan are in line with the epidemiological characteristics of newly emerging infectious diseases. Their case fatality rate is similar to other endemic areas in the country but lower than the global average.
