目的探讨急诊科常见护理纠纷的防范。方法针对急诊科患者发病急,变化快,病情复杂,未知因素多,容易发生护理纠纷,笔者进行分析,总结了原因和防范措施。结果全科护理人员加强法律意识、更新护理观念,改善了服务态度,增强了责任心,规范护理文件书写,促进了护患沟通,并合理收费制度,避免多收、漏收、错收,提高护士的理论水平和技术水平,减少了护理纠纷的发生。结论要预防护理纠纷,护士不仅要有良好的服务态度,高尚的职业道德,而且要有扎实的基础知识,精湛的护理技术,娴熟的护理操作,并加强护患沟通,加强管理,合理调配人力资源,规范护理文件书写,建立完善的收费制度并合理收费,提高急诊工作质量,取得患者及家属的信任和尊重,方能避免或减少护患纠纷。
Objective To discuss the prevention of common nursing disputes in emergency department. Methods Emergency patients with acute onset, rapid changes, complex conditions, unknown factors, prone to nursing disputes, the author analyzes and summarizes the causes and preventive measures. Results All nursing staffs strengthened legal consciousness, renewed their nursing concept, improved their service attitude, strengthened their sense of responsibility, standardized the writing of nursing documents, promoted communication between nurses and patients, and rationalized charging system to avoid overcharging, Nurses theoretical level and technical level, reducing the incidence of nursing disputes. Conclusion In order to prevent nursing disputes, nurses should not only have good service attitude and noble professional ethics, but also have solid basic knowledge, superb nursing skills and skilled nursing operations. Nurses and patients should be better informed about their nurses and patients, strengthen management and rationally deploy manpower Resources, standardize the writing of nursing documents, establish a sound charging system and collect fees reasonably, improve the quality of emergency work, and obtain the trust and respect of patients and their families so as to avoid or reduce nurse-patient disputes.
