目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产切口疤痕早期妊娠的诊断价值。方法将63例剖宫产术后子宫疤痕早期妊娠分为经阴道彩色多普勒和经腹部彩超，并比较两种彩超检查对子宫疤痕早期妊娠诊断的准确率。结果经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产切口子宫疤痕早期妊娠的诊断准确率明显高于经腹部彩超，两组相比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产切口疤痕早期妊娠具有特征性声像图像表现，对早期诊断具有重要的临床价值。“,” Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of the transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of early pregnancy cesarean section scar.Methods The 63 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy were divided into early transvaginal color Doppler and abdominal ultrasonography, and compared the two kinds of color Doppler ultrasound examination of uterine scar early pregnancy diagnostic accuracy.Results Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in early pregnancy cesarean uterine scar diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than abdominal ultrasound, the two groups was statistical y significant difference compared (P <0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of early pregnancy, cesarean section scar has characteristic sonographic image performance for early diagnosis has important clinical value.
