板料激光喷丸弯曲成形是一种新技术,为中厚板料弯曲成形提供全新的手段,为强激光在板料塑性成形领域的应用开辟了新方向。激光喷丸弯曲成形是利用冲击波诱导的残余应力实现板料弯曲成形,其成形的效果与激光工艺参数、板料几何参数及材料性能等因素有关。根据喷丸路径,把激光喷丸弯曲成形件分为V形件、柱面件、球面圆顶件等。分析了激光喷丸弯曲成形方法及成形装置。最后,介绍了激光喷丸弯曲成形的实际运用并分析了其潜在应用。
Sheet metal laser shot peening is a new technology, which provides a new method for the bending forming of medium and thick sheet metal, which opens up a new direction for the application of intense laser in sheet metal forming. Laser shot peening is the use of shock wave induced residual stress sheet metal bending forming, the forming effect of the laser process parameters, sheet metal geometric parameters and material properties and other factors. According to shot peening path, the laser shot peening is divided into V-shaped parts, cylindrical parts, spherical dome parts. The shot peening method and forming device were analyzed. Finally, the practical application of laser shot peening is introduced and its potential application is analyzed.
