目的:探讨都梁软胶囊联合阿罗洛尔防治偏头痛的疗效。方法:将101例临床确诊为偏头痛的患者以随机抽样法分为2组,都梁软胶囊联合阿罗洛尔组(观察组)51例,阿罗洛尔组(对照组)50例。观察组给予都梁软胶囊1次3粒,1日3次,口服;阿罗洛尔10 mg,1日1次,口服。对照组给予阿罗洛尔10 mg,1日1次,口服。2组患者均连续治疗12周,并随访3个月,比较2组患者治疗前后头痛发作频次、严重程度、持续时间以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者头痛发作频次、严重程度和持续时间均明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且不良反应少。结论:都梁软胶囊联合阿罗洛尔可改善慢性偏头痛患者的头痛发作程度,减少头痛的持续时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of duliang soft capsule combined with arotinolol on the prevention and treatment of migraine. Methods: A total of 101 patients with clinically diagnosed migraine were randomly divided into two groups: 51 cases in both Du Luan soft capsule combined with arotinolol group (observation group) and 50 cases in arotinolol group (control group). The observation group was given Duliang soft capsule 1 3 times, 1 3 times, orally; arotinolol 10 mg, 1 day, orally. The control group was given arotinolol 10 mg once daily for oral administration. The patients in both groups were treated for 12 weeks continuously and were followed up for 3 months. The frequency, severity, duration and adverse reactions of headache were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: The incidence, severity and duration of headache in observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group (P <0.05), and the adverse reactions were few. Conclusion: Dulingle soft capsule combined with arotinolol can improve the degree of headache in patients with chronic migraine and reduce the duration of headache, which is worthy of clinical application.
