柑桔与芒果的实蝇类与象甲类害虫,严重为害果实,造成落果减产,而且又是重要的检疫对象。目前一般需要观察外表征状并加以剖检,工作上极不方便,美国农业研究的科学家,最近指出一种新的探测方法:是通过一系列中间装置,使扬声器传出果内感染实蝇幼虫取食与活动的声音,在几秒钟内即可检测出来(Pyrah,D.1985)。这样可以减少盲目的化学薰蒸处理与蔓延为害所带来的巨大经济损失。为此,我们于1986年秋试制果内害虫探测的一系列中间装置,并对蜜柑大实蝇幼虫进行了检测。
