随着新医改的不断推进,制约公立医院生存发展的问题越来越明显。所以公立医院要在新医改的背景下,要顺应医改的发展趋势,转换医务人员的观念,不断创新,从而实现经济效益。本文就新医改下的公立医院的现状和生存发展所面临的挑战进行分析,提出公立医院提升经济效益的措施。
With the continuous promotion of new medical reform, the problems that restrict the survival and development of public hospitals are becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, under the background of new medical reform, public hospitals should conform to the development trend of medical reform, change the concept of medical staff and make innovations so as to realize economic benefits. This article analyzes the status quo of the public hospitals under new medical reform and the challenges they face in their survival and development, and puts forward measures to enhance the economic benefits of public hospitals.
