以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠为硫源、稀土硝酸盐为稀土源、乙醇为溶剂,利用溶剂热法合成二元稀土硫化物。通过XRD、SEM、FTIR对其结构和形貌进行表征,并以Y2S3、Pr2S3为例对二元稀土硫化物的溶剂热合成条件进行优化。结果表明:该方法合成的二元稀土硫化物晶化程度均较高,其中Sm2S3和Yb2S3纯度较高,但Y2S3和Pr2S3中存在少量硫杂质;提高反应温度和延长反应时间均可使二元稀土硫化物粒度变小,比表面积增大。
The binary rare earth sulfide was synthesized by solvothermal method using sodium diethyldithiocarbamate as sulfur source, rare earth nitrate as rare earth source and ethanol as solvent. The structure and morphology of the binary rare earth sulfides were characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR. The thermal synthesis conditions of binary rare earth sulfides were optimized by taking Y2S3 and Pr2S3 as examples. The results show that the binary rare earth sulphides synthesized by this method have high degree of crystallization, of which Sm2S3 and Yb2S3 have high purity, but there is a small amount of sulfur impurities in Y2S3 and Pr2S3. Increasing the reaction temperature and prolonging the reaction time can make binary rare earth Sulfide particle size becomes smaller, the specific surface area increases.
