目前,我国企业经营管理人员培训制度不够完善,市场不够规范,这与“入世”后培训的发展趋势不相适应。针对这些问题,一些地区和企业进行了有益的探索。 吉林省加大培训法制化建设力度 吉林省经贸委印发《“十五”期间吉林省企业经营管理者培训纲要》,提出进一步增强法制观念,依法开展培训;制定促进企业经营管理者培训的地方性法规,逐步实现企业经营管理者培训的制度化和法制化;加快全省企业经营管理者市场化、职业化进程,把通过资质评价作为推荐企业经营管理者人选的必要条件。
