综合协调工作内容繁杂,涉及面广,包括会务组织、领导活动安排等,需要贯通上下、协调左右、联系内外,发挥办公厅(室)的桥梁和纽带作用。从党政办公厅(室)的运行来看,大部分领导干部对这一工作非常重视,但也有的单位在行动上不够细致、思想上不够重视。就拿领导的调研活动来说,有的地方和单位对汇报材料精雕细琢,对餐饮住宿挖空心思,对考察点的选择费尽心机,唯独对综合协调轻描淡写。究其原因,是对综合协调工作的价值认识不够,认为这项工作在表现上不那么直接,工作效果也无法直观地呈现出来,所以只要保证不出事就行,没有必要花大力气。
The task of comprehensive coordination is complex and involves a wide range of issues, including conference organization and leadership activities. It requires linking up and down, coordinating and linking both inside and outside and playing the role of bridge and link of the office (room). Judging from the operation of the party and government offices (offices), most leading cadres attach great importance to this task, but some units are not careful in their actions and do not pay enough attention to their thinking. Taking the leadership of the research activities, some places and units on the reporting materials crafted catering accommodation dug their brains, the selection of the investigation point to make every effort, only on the general coordination of understatement. The reason is that the value of integrated and coordinated work is not enough to recognize that this work is not so direct in performance and that the work effect can not be intuitively presented. Therefore, it is not necessary to make great efforts as long as no accident is guaranteed.
