共享发展作为必须牢固树立的新发展理念之一,也是中国特色社会主义的本质要求,它追求的是一种全民共享、全面共享并且通过共建共享、渐进共享来达至的理想状态。社会主义协商民主作为人民民主的重要形式,不仅契合共享发展的根本价值诉求,而且也内蕴着“共享”的演进逻辑,即它强调通过“共享”权力从而“共享”发展成果。与此同时,协商民主的运行有助于实现“公平正义”的共享,并为实现共享发展进程中矛盾的化解提供重要支撑。
