由于遗传、环境、教育及个人主观努力程度的差异,学生在发展过程中往往表现出缤纷的个性特征。如何促进学生的个性发展呢?班主任就应该根据学生不同类型和层次的实际,有针对性地做好个别教育工作,尤其是特殊生的教育转化工作。在一个班里,特殊生的人数虽不多但能量很大,负面影响广,如任其发展,不仅影响班集体建设,而且他们也容易误入歧途。但如果教育得法,则可能是“浪子回头金不换”。
Due to the differences in genetic, environmental, educational and personal subjective efforts, students often exhibit colorful personality traits during their development. How to promote the development of students’ individuality?
