随着我国综合国力逐渐提高,企业在增加经济效益的同时,开始逐渐重视和提高自身的企业文化建设。在我国,石油企业属于资源型企业,为各个行业的发展提供能源保障。近几年,石油企业在提高企业的经济实力同时,也在不断提高和增强企业自身的社会效益和企业文化,积极创建各种企业文化报刊,宣传经营理念,努力提高企业的社会认知度。
As China’s overall national strength gradually increases, while increasing economic benefits, enterprises have begun to attach importance to and enhance their own corporate culture.
