每个人都有自己的生活方式,运动不仅仅是一种生活方式,也是一种生活态度。有人信奉生命在于静止,乌龟不动活千年;也有人热衷运动,并乐此不疲。人们对运动的态度大致可分为三类:第一类是要我运动,这类人是被动的,即使勉强运动一下,也是应付的成分更多,体会不到运动的乐趣,不会把运动作为日常生活的一部分;第二类是我要运动,这是运动的起步阶段,运动唤醒了身体的潜能,尝到了运动的甜头,运动慢慢变成日常生活的一部分;
