热电偶的两根热电极为均质导体时,方能得到热电势与沿热电偶长度的温度分布无关的输出特性。当偶丝上不均质部位存在温度梯度时,将产生不均质热电势,如果对该不均质热电势置之不理或作错误的修正,将造成不均质附加误差。本文在多年实际工作的基础上,提出了以热电不均质度作为偶丝热电性质不均匀程度的定量指标。并分析了不均质度的基本测试方法,推导出了不均质度的计算公式,为偶丝不均质度测试提供了数据处理方法。
Thermocouple two hot electrode is a homogeneous conductor, the thermoelectric power can be obtained only along the length of the thermocouple temperature distribution has nothing to do with the output characteristics. When there is a temperature gradient in the inhomogeneous part of the wire, an inhomogeneous thermoelectric power will be generated. If the inhomogeneous thermoelectric power is ignored or the error is corrected, an inhomogeneous additional error will result. Based on many years’ practical work, this paper presents a quantitative index that thermoelectric heterogeneity is used as the heterogeneity of the thermoelectric properties of the thermocouple wire. The basic testing method of inhomogeneity is analyzed. The calculation formula of inhomogeneity is deduced and the data processing method is provided for the inhomogeneity testing.
