系统式家庭治疗着眼于家庭成员之间的相互作用,倾向于从家庭关系入手的治疗方案,力图通过引入新的观点和做法,来改变与病态行为相互关联的反馈环。本文从理论和应用两方面,针对在引导“问题少年”方面的应用,简要评述系统式家庭治疗的优势和劣势,并提出一些系统性家庭治疗的发展方向。
Systematic family therapy, which looks at the interaction between family members and tends to start with family relationships, seeks to change the feedback loop that is linked to pathological behavior by introducing new perspectives and practices. This article briefly reviews the advantages and disadvantages of systemic family therapy in terms of its application in theory and application, and puts forward some systematic directions for the development of family therapy.
