企业战略管理是工商管理类专业的核心课程之一,而大数据对其教学的影响也越来越深入。从教学内容来看,大数据对战略思维、企业发展环境、战略决策过程与手段、决策效果评价与控制都有重要影响;从教学模式来看,出现了很多新的教育平台和方式、学生获取信息的渠道增多,传统的课堂教学模式及其知识传授功能受到很大冲击。为应对上述挑战,本文从教师、教学内容和教学模式改革三个方面提出了对策建议。
Strategic management of business is one of the core courses of business administration major, and the impact of big data on its teaching is also more and more in-depth. From the perspective of teaching content, big data has an important impact on strategic thinking, business development environment, strategic decision-making process and means, decision-making evaluation and control; from the teaching model, there are many new education platforms and methods, The channels of information increase, the traditional classroom teaching mode and its function of imparting knowledge have been greatly affected. In order to meet the above challenges, this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of teachers, teaching contents and teaching mode reform.
