成人教育是社会成员中愿意增长能力、丰富知识、提高技术和专业资格,或使在职人员工作转向新的方向,并提高其工作能力的一种教育方式。它在人的全面发展和参与社会经济、文化的均衡而独立发展两个方面,有积极的意义。笔者从事成人教育多年,工作中发现成人教育档案建设,对于参加成人教育者或用人单位对择业者的选拔,是十分重要的。做好成人教育档案建设,有十分重要的意义。
