2007年,按照《中共中央、国务院关于深化文化体制改革的若干意见》的精神,我国文化体制改革从试点向全面铺开发展,在构建公共文化服务体系、完善文化经济政策、优化产业结构、文化投融资体制改革和整体上市等诸多方面取得了积极的进展,促进了文化事业、文化产业的快速发展和结构优化。同时,由于文化体制改革的复杂性和艰巨性,目前还面临一些深层次的问题,需要在理论和实践上进一步探索。
