为最大限度的发现艾滋病感染者,应对日益严重的艾滋病防治形势,贵州省通过多年努力,在全省范围内建立起了完整的HIV自愿咨询检测(HIV voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)和转诊服务网络[1-2]。为了解咨询检测工作开展情况及有效性,掌握求询者暴露因素的变化趋势,为制定艾滋病防治策略提供依据,对2009—2011年贵州省全省102个VCT室的检测咨询结果进行分析。现将结果报告如下。
In order to find out the largest number of people living with HIV and to cope with the increasingly serious situation of AIDS prevention and control, Guizhou Province has established a complete HIV voluntary counseling and testing (VCT) and referral service across the province through years of efforts.
