基于冶金石灰回转窑传统耐火材料砌筑方法,针对鲅鱼圈冶金石灰回转窑煅烧带耐火材料使用寿命短及隔热效果差导致窑皮温度过高的问题进行研究。通过改变耐火材料材质及砌筑方式,使该部位耐火材料使用寿命由8~10个月延长到18~24个月;通过使用NJS纳米级微孔隔热毡使窑皮温度在同等工况条件下降低46℃,每年因此降低能源费用195万元。实践证明,通过耐火材料砌筑优化后回转窑耐火材料故障率及能耗水平均得到显著降低,取得较好经济效益和社会效益。
Based on the traditional refractory masonry method of metallurgical lime rotary kiln, aiming at the problem of the short service life of the refractory in calcining zone of metallurgical lime rotary kiln in Bayuquan lamellae and the poor insulation effect, the kiln skin temperature is too high. By changing the refractory material and masonry way, the service life of the refractory material in this part was prolonged from 8 to 10 months to 18 to 24 months. The temperature of the kiln skin was kept at the same condition by using NJS nano- Down 46 ℃ lower, thus reducing energy costs 1.95 million yuan. Practice has proved that through the refractories masonry optimized rotary kiln refractories failure rate and energy consumption levels have been significantly reduced, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
