利用小齿形角测量蜗杆基圆大于根圆的特点,在螺纹磨床上用展成法进行房制。克服了径向干涉和另侧干涉等问题,获得了高齿形精度的测量蜗杆。
The use of small tooth angle measuring the basic circle of the worm is greater than the root circle characteristics, in the development of threaded grinder chamber method. Overcoming the problems of radial interference and interference on the other side, the worm with high profile accuracy was obtained.
