目的为了解镇安县流行性腮腺炎的疫情动态,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法对2004-2008年镇安县流行性腮腺炎疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2004-2008年共报告流行性腮腺炎553例,占同期法定传染病报告数的10.77%,占丙类传染病报告数的62.34%,报告发病率为191.25/10万。全年均有病例报告,以6、7月份发病较高(60.04%);主要危害对象为6～14岁儿童,其发病率为1 734.30/10万;各乡镇均有不同程度发病,其中黄家湾乡发病率达739.74/10万、居首位,其次为余师乡发病率为631.85/10万。结论镇安县流行性腮腺炎发病率较高,具有显著的空间分布特点;应采取以腮腺炎疫苗接种为重点的综合性预防控制措施。
Objective To understand the epidemic situation of mumps in Zhen’an County, and to provide basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of epidemic data of mumps in Zhen’an County from 2004 to 2008 was conducted. Results A total of 553 cases of mumps were reported in 2004-2008, accounting for 10.77% of all reported cases of notifiable infectious diseases in the same period, accounting for 62.34% of the total reported cases of class C infectious diseases. The reported incidence was 191.25 / 100000. All cases were reported in the year, the incidence was high in June and July (60.04%); the main target of harm was children aged 6 to 14, the incidence rate was 1 734.30 / 100,000; all towns and townships had varying degrees of incidence. Among them, yellow Jiawan Township incidence rate of 739.74 / 100000, ranking first, followed by more than the rural division incidence of 631.85 / 100000. Conclusions The incidence of mumps in Zhen’an County is high, with significant spatial distribution. Comprehensive prevention and control measures with mumps vaccination as the focus should be taken.
