采用分层抽样和随机抽样方法,对贵州8所院校的体育教育和社会体育两个专业大一到大三的部分学生进行营养知识与饮食行为的问卷调查。结果表明:学生营养知识知晓率和合格率较低,运动营养基础知识知晓率和合格率较高,且高年级优于低年级;学生存有不合理的饮食行为及营养知识与饮食行为相脱节等现象。针对该研究结果,提出:在贵州高校体育专业增设运动营养学课程,采取多种形式对学生进行营养知识的教育、宣传和饮食行为的指导等建议。
Using stratified sampling and random sampling method, questionnaires of nutritional knowledge and dietary behaviors were conducted on some freshmen and seniors in physical education and social sports in eight colleges in Guizhou. The results showed that the awareness rate and passing rate of nutrition knowledge were lower, the awareness rate and pass rate of basic knowledge of sports nutrition were higher, and the senior grades were better than the lower grades. The students had unreasonable dietary behaviors and nutrition knowledge which were out of step with the dietary behaviors And so on. According to the results of the study, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: Addition of Sports Nutrition Courses to PE Major in Guizhou Colleges and Universities, Adoption of Various Forms of Education on Nutritional Knowledge for Students, Propaganda and Guidance of Dietary Behavior.
