目前,用低碳钢制造工件,为防止非渗透部分渗碳,一般有两种方法:一、渗碳前在非工作尺寸部位局部镀铜,然后再渗碳淬火。二、在非工作尺寸部位加大1.5~2毫米余量,渗碳后先送机加工切削加大的余量,再转热处理淬火。这两种方法虽能满足工艺要求,但工序繁琐,且浪费人力、物力、电力。从76年开始,我们学习外地经验,在部分低碳钢工件生产上运用了防渗碳涂料。配方有五种。
