一、概述文献[1]曾较详细地介绍过结构可靠度理论与应用状况。两年多来,该学科无论在理论研究或实际应用方面又有相当大的发展。1985年5月在日本召开的“第四次国际结构安全度与可靠度会议”就是其发展的一个重要标志。这次会议共发表了244篇论文,它们把可靠度课题延伸到断裂、有限元、疲劳、优化设计、土力学、地震工程、海上工程等领域。在理论上除进一步发展与完善静力荷载下构件的可靠度外,正向着动力可靠度以及系统可靠度
I. Overview Literature [1] has introduced the theory and application of structural reliability in more detail. For more than two years, the subject has made considerable progress in both theoretical research and practical application. The Fourth International Conference on Safety and Reliability of Structures, held in Japan in May 1985, is an important symbol of its development. A total of 244 papers were published at the conference. They extended reliability issues to include fracture, finite element, fatigue, optimal design, soil mechanics, seismic engineering, and offshore engineering. Theoretically, in addition to further developing and improving the reliability of components under static loads, positive power reliability and system reliability are positive.
