我厂在生产长向预应力槽形板过程中,常常遇到槽形板的宽度不同等问题。以往作法是将槽形板内模改用木模,但木模在混凝土振捣时容易变形和损坏,影响构件质量。后改用角钢,外面包贴1~2毫米钢板做骨架,虽然能达到理想的成型效果,但遇到宽度不同的槽形构件,须改变内模宽度,钢板因气割、电焊、热胀冷缩造成的变形不易校正,而重新制作内模既费工
